How to make a reservation

1. Choose accommodation and dates
- Select the accommodation you want and choose your stay dates in the calendar.
- Only available periods are marked with lines under the numbers and will appear as a green selection.

2. Enter your details
- After reviewing the prices and accommodation details, click "Next".
- Enter your contact information: first and last name, address, number of adults and children.

3. Pets (if allowed)
- If the accommodation allows pets, click "Pets" to see the costs.
- The cost varies between €10.00 and €20.00 per pet/day (depending on the property) and is paid directly on-site upon arrival or check-in.

4. Additional requests
- If you have special requests, enter them in the "Notes" section.

5. Booking or inquiry confirmation
- Clicking "Book" finalizes the reservation.
- Clicking "Send inquiry" will send you an offer via email.

6. Payment
- To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid within 2 working days.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival, according to the property policy.

Payment methods:
- Bank transfer (details are included in the booking confirmation)
- Credit card (contact Šiloturist; we will send you a secure payment link)

7. Confirmation and voucher
- After receiving the payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
- After full payment, Šiloturist will send you a voucher with all important information: accommodation address, contacts, key collection, and check-in information.
