Soline Bay is located in the northeast of the island of Krk in the Kvarner Bay. In the bay there are four small villages Klimno, Soline, Čižići and Meline, which belong to the municipality of Dobrinj.

The shallow sea has a positive effect on the sea temperature, so the bathing season usually begins in the spring and lasts until late autumn.

Soline Bay is famous for its Meline beach with healing mud. However, many other beautiful beaches are also very serene and relaxing. In Soline and the surrounding area, during the summer months, you’ll find many restaurants that will spoil you with local as well as international delicacies.

If you want to see the surroundings, there are numerous hiking and biking trails throughout the island, so you can enjoy your vacation in nature.

Čižići beach

Čižići beach is located south of the town’s small port. The beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles. You can compete in beach volleyball and regain your strength in one of the restaurants on the promenade. Above the small port there are other parts of the beach with concrete sunbathing areas.

Soline beach

Since 2013, the "Blue Flag" has been flying over the pebble beach in Soline. The beach is barrier-free, and in addition to the joy of swimming for both young and old, it also offers some fun activities.
