ŠILOTURIST offers accommodation booking services online through its website (www.jadran-holiday.com) as well as via various third-party service providers and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
ŠILOTURIST collects personal data necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and may share it with third parties when required to provide the agreed-upon services, such as with accommodation owners or other travel agencies.

ŠILOTURIST may also collect personal data directly from individuals upon their arrival at
ŠILOTURIST premises and when ŠILOTURIST, as an authorized processor on behalf of the landlord, registers the guest in the eVisitor system.
For the purpose of registering service users in the eVisitor system, and based on authorization from the property owner, personal data is collected, including but not limited to: name, surname, gender, email address, phone number, date of birth, place and country of birth, residence address, document number (such as an ID card, passport, or driver’s license number), check-in and check-out dates and times, and payment details, including credit card numbers, etc.
Personal data processing is carried out on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, such as providing the booking service; compliance with legal obligations, such as guest registration requirements; and legitimate interests, including enhancing and improving our services

4. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
When booking accommodation, transportation, or other services with ŠILOTURIST, the service user, who must be of legal age, will be asked to provide the appropriate personal data. Only the data necessary for the service delivery will be shared, and only with partners involved in the accommodation and/or transportation process.
During the booking process, users will be asked for information such as their name, phone number, date of birth, email address, and, in some cases, residential address. This information is used exclusively for communication purposes. It will be shared with our partners, such as accommodation providers and other travel agencies, and will only be accessible to them for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of documents and services. Payment information (e.g., card type, card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC number) is processed with the highest level of security and is only available to banks or card companies for payment authorization.
Payments for accommodation reservations are made in two ways. If guests book through partner agencies, the payment is charged directly to the guest's credit card by the agency or partner agency. In cases where the booking is made directly with ŠILOTURIST (e.g., via email), the guest is responsible for the payment, which is made by bank transfer according to the terms specified in the accommodation offer.
5. SERVICE USER’S RIGHTS
Service users have the right to request information about the processing of their personal data and, after successful identity verification, to receive details about the purpose of the data processing, the source of the data (if not provided directly by the user), the category of personal data being processed, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or may be disclosed, including their locations. Additionally, users have the right to know the planned retention period of their data, or the criteria used to determine it, as well as whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is applied.
All requests for access to or correction of personal data must be directed to ŠILOTURIST, which will record each request upon receipt and respond within 30 days. If a complete response cannot be provided within this time frame, the user will receive a notification confirming the receipt of the request, with details about all collected information, explaining the reasons for rejection or partial compliance, and outlining available appeal procedures. The notification will also include the estimated date of completion for the remaining information, any associated costs, and contact details for the owner of ŠILOTURIST for further inquiries. If a user's personal data (such as their residential address) changes, or if they no longer wish to use our services, we offer the option to update, modify, or delete their personal data.
